Although Airtame will use the highest possible resolution, you might want to change the resolution Airtame is set to and optimize the image quality.
- Go to the device settings
- Select the Settings tab in the top header
- Select an output resolution
- Finish by clicking "Apply new settings"

The output resolution and refresh rate can be changed to better match the display on which Airtame is showing. Many displays are able to scale down higher resolutions at the cost of quality, for the cases where the display’s native resolution is higher than the one it can actually show. Being able to lower Airtame’s output resolution will mean that quality is not lost to scaling, resulting in better image quality.
You also have the option to toggle the blue LED light flashing at the bottom of the Airtame device on or off. This can be useful if you use your Airtame in a dark environment where the flash is disturbing, such as while watching a video.
