If you experience problems when trying to stream or connecting to AIRTAME it helps a lot if we receive the log files from your computer when connecting support or making a post a the forum.
On the PC you can easily download the log files from "Preferences" and then include them in the ticket or forum post.
- Open the Airtame App
- Click "SETTINGS" in lower left corner
- Click "Download log files"
If this doesn't work, type %localappdata% into the search field of the File Explorer, open the "airtame" folder and send me the folder called "AIRTAME_LOG"
If this didn't work, open Finder, go to "Go" the select "Go to folder" and type: /tmp/AIRTAME_LOG/ and take that enclosing folder.
